- Enter Your Civil ID:
- Input your Civil ID in the provided field.
- Tap on the Continue button.
- Receive Your Email ID:
- Your email ID will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- Check your SMS for a message containing your email ID.
Once you have retrieved your email ID, try logging in again using the correct email.
MOBILE
- Tap on "Forgot Email?"
- On the login screen of the app, tap on the "Forgot Email?" link.
- Enter Your Civil ID
- Input your Civil ID in the provided field and tap the Continue button.
- Receive Your Email ID
- Your registered email ID will be sent to your registered mobile number. Check your SMS for a message containing your email address.

- Click on "Forgot Password?"
- Click on the "Forgot Password?" link below the login form.

- You will be prompted to verify your mobile number. Click the Continue button.
- Enter the OTP
- A 4-digit OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click the Verify button.
- Set a New Password
- Create a new password and confirm it by entering it again. Click on the Reset Password button.
- Password Changed Successfully
- A confirmation message will appear indicating that your password has been successfully changed. Click Back to Login to return to the login page.

- Open the app and go to the login screen.
- Enter Your Email Address:
- Input your email address in the Email text field.
- Tap on "Forgot Password":
- Tap on the "Forgot Password" link.
- Verify Your Mobile Number:

- To update your email address, enter your current email address, new email address and password.
- Tap on Update.
- Verify Your New Email: An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your new email address.
- Enter the OTP and tap on Verify. Once verified, your email address will be updated.

- View Status Updates on the App:
- Open the app and tap on the menu icon (3 horizontal lines) at the top left corner.
- Tap on "My Claims" from the menu.
- Check Claim Details:
- In the "My Claims" screen, you can view the details of your claim along with the status update.
